  • Overview

    D'Addario & Company, Inc. is seeking a full time entry level Payroll Administrator to join our Finance Department. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager in the processing of the Company’s national payrolls. The Payroll Administrator will also perform general administrative duties as required in Payroll and HR.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain knowledge of rules and laws which govern the payroll administration practices.
    • Process production payroll on a weekly basis
    • Reconcile errors and maintain payroll records.
    • Review and process payroll adjustments, including PTO, and other time off.
    • Perform actions necessary to track and determine regular and overtime pay, commission-based income and/or bonuses.
    • Periodic audit of personnel files, benefit files and I-9 files
    • Process employee status changes, direct deposit, tax withholding, address changes, etc
    • Help to create on-going month-end, quarterly, and year-end organization reports, and performs other rated duties as assigned.
    • Field and responds to payroll inquiries and resolves discrepancies as required.
    • Elevate more complex issues, problems or concerns to Payroll Manager
    • Filing and other general administrative duties as required in Payroll and HR

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 years of related experience in General Business
    • High School Diploma required
    • Experience with ADP a plus
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
    • Strong learning agility
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products.
    • Ego-less and has a pleasant demeanor and personality
    • Trustworthy and reliable
