The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role on the Digital Team within the Sales department, with primary responsibilities focused on website content management and supporting the planning, creating, execution, measurement, and optimization of email, loyalty, and website marketing initiatives.  

 

This role requires effective collaboration with the Email, Loyalty, and Consumer Service Manager, the Senior Website Content Manager, and the broader Digital Team, as well as close coordination with cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive and strategic long-term marketing approach.

 

This is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to work onsite in the Farmingdale, Long Island Headquarters office three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing D’Addario’s B2B, D2C, and Players Circle email marketing emails, and assist in reporting on the growth and engagement of those audiences 
  • Assist in identifying and presenting opportunities for Players Circle to meet D'Addario’s key performance indicators 
  • Assist in calendar management for email, content and loyalty in project management platform, Teamwork 
  • Assist with authoring content in the CMS such as landing pages, catalog pages, promotional assets, and content edits for D2C and B2B websites 
  • Assist with SEO support; reaching out for backlink opportunities 
  • Ensure content that is authored is ADA compliant  
  • Report bugs found throughout the sites and assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) 
  • Create and update forms, as needed 
  • Own artist pages content process 
  • Manage all aspects of giveaway administration, including task coordination and timely follow-ups 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • 0-1 years of experience in a digital marketing environment, or a strong interest and willingness to learn about digital marketing 
  • Ability to work independently, while also taking direction from leadership to accomplish goals 
  • Proactively identifies issues and potential optimizations in any facet of digital marketing while effectively communicating them to the digital team 
  • Ability to critically analyze marketing statistics and provide future recommendations based on that analysis 
  • Ability to work within a project management tool to update projects and tasks 
  • Has a natural inclination, passion and curiosity to learn & grow as part of the Digital team and D’Addario & Company as a whole 
  • Willingness to expand knowledge and expertise of relevant digital marketing practices -- and take initiative to attend classes or web/seminars when available 
  • Willingness to learn working in a Content Management System 
  • Willingness to learn D'Addario's Email Service Platform (ESP) and Rewards Program Platform 
  • Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and thrive on a team and in a collaborative environment  

The hourly rate for this position will be determined based on experience, ranging from $26.00 to $31.00 per hour.
