Overview

D’Addario & Company is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of musical instrument accessories, trusted by musicians globally. As a U.S.-based manufacturing company, we take pride in our commitment to cutting-edge automation, sustainable practices, and giving back through the D’Addario Foundation—providing music education access to underserved communities. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our diverse team of individuals where our success is built on a culture of curiosity, passion, candor, family, and responsibility.

D’Addario is seeking a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Applications Director to lead the evolution of our enterprise systems and ensure our technology supports the future of our business. This is a high-impact role, shaping how we optimize, integrate, and innovate across our ERP, WMS, and other critical applications. If you have a love for music and thrive at the intersection of technology and business strategy, we’d love to invite you to apply to join our team.

As our Enterprise Applications Director, you’ll be instrumental in driving technology excellence and ensuring our systems support the innovation and efficiency that fuel our growth.

Enterprise applications are at the heart of how D’Addario operates—powering everything from manufacturing and distribution to finance and eCommerce. As Enterprise Applications Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology strategy supports and accelerates the company’s success.

This role requires a business-first mindset with deep technical expertise to back it up. You will lead the modernization, integration, and optimization of our ERP, WMS, EDI, and CRM systems, ensuring they scale with the company’s growth and evolving needs. Partnering closely with IT and business leadership, you will drive strategic initiatives, enhance system reliability, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Beyond managing systems, this role is about driving impact—optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring our enterprise applications empower teams rather than creating friction. With a focus on Infor XA ERP and WMS, you will oversee system governance, lead upgrades and integrations, and ensure business continuity through proactive planning and execution.

This role is a key part of our business leadership, overseeing the systems that are critical to our success. It demands strategic vision, strong execution, and a commitment to delivering solutions that move the business forward.
