This role will support both organic search and paid media initiatives, with a focus on e-commerce strategy and performance marketing. • Assist with SEO strategy and execution across a large-scale e-commerce site
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement strategic optimizations to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Assist with the curation of backlinks for the D2C website
• Optimize on-site search experiences
• Support global paid media campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Video, and Demand Gen), Microsoft Bing Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Assist in managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center
• Assist with optimizing videos and growing viewership across YouTube channels
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs (or similar), and Power BI to identify opportunities and measure impact
• Contribute to both conversion-focused and awareness-driven marketing strategies
• Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure SEO and paid media best practices are integrated across all initiatives
• Stay current on the latest SEO, paid media, and AI trends and algorithm changes
• Provide actionable reporting and insights to stakeholders
• Time is expected to be divided between Paid Media (60%) and SEO (40%) initiatives
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in large-scale e-commerce environments
• Proven track record of improving SEO performance through technical, content, and off-page optimizations
• 1+ years of experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs (or similar)
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights
• Strong ability to ideate ad copy variations across paid media platforms
• Strong attention to detail
The base salary range for this role would be commensurate with experience: $65,000-$75,000 per year
