We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Lead (.NET / Full Stack Developer) to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale applications that power our operations. In this hybrid role, based three days a week at our Farmingdale, Long Island headquarters, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent applications. From hands-on development to architectural leadership, you’ll be at the forefront of modern .NET technologies, full-stack engineering, and Agile delivery. You’ll also champion the use of AI, machine learning, and automation to accelerate development and unlock new efficiencies across manufacturing, warehouse, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team through the full SDLC, promoting collaboration, code quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Architect and implement scalable enterprise applications using the latest .NET frameworks (Core/6/7/8), with full-stack ownership across Angular/React front-end and C#, .NET APIs, SQL Server back-end.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions by partnering with product managers and analysts, while enforcing coding standards and architectural best practices.
  • Drive Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Champion AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI Studio) to accelerate coding, improve test coverage, and boost developer efficiency.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives exploring AI-generated code, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to enhance business outcomes.
  • Integrate applications with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, WMS) and third-party platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development patterns, supporting ERP-related software installations and configurations.
  • Manage workload and priorities to meet business goals and SLAs, troubleshoot integration issues, and respond to operational support requests.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams, contributing ideas and feedback in team meetings to drive innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, GraphQL, and RESTful services.
  • Strong front-end development skills using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Deep understanding of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and relational database design.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven success leading teams in Agile environments.
  • Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience integrating with manufacturing, warehouse management, or inventory systems (ERP, MES, WMS).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
