D'Addario is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Distribution to help design, optimize, and support the business systems that power our global manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and customer fulfillment operations. This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring enterprise applications effectively support operational goals, drive efficiency, and enable scalable growth across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this position also maintains a dotted line relationship to the EVP of Operations to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and operational priorities.

Enterprise applications are central to how D'Addario manages production, inventory, warehousing, order fulfillment, and customer service. In this role, you will partner closely with Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Operations leadership teams to support day-to-day business processes, resolve application issues, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver solutions that enhance performance across the enterprise. This is an onsite role. You'll work in our Farmingdale, New York office 5 days per week.

Compensation: 

We offer a competitive total compensation package. The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy.
