D'Addario is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join the Marketing department. In this role, you will keep marketing and advertising projects organized, aligned, and moving forward—from brief through execution. Working across Marketing, Creative, Strategy, and Business Unit teams, you will set clear direction on day-to-day project needs, document decisions, and coordinate follow-through to deliver work on time and on budget. As a central point of coordination and communication, you will maintain visibility across active initiatives, turn discussion into clear next steps, and help teams operate efficiently and effectively. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at our Brooklyn location, Tuesday through Thursday.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive total compensation package. The base salary range for this role is $87,000-$97,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy.
